Offering a total surface area of 162 square meters, this apartment can sleep up to 8 people in 3 double bedrooms (beds in 1 room can be configured as double or twins) and 1 two bunk-bed bedroom, a kitchen open on the living and dining area with a view over the village, 2 shower/toilets of which one en suite, 1 bathroom/toilet, a washer/dryer closet.

The “Potosi” apartment has a large northeast-facing balcony with a view over the village whilst three bedrooms have access to smaller balconies.

The “FitzRoy” and “Parrot” apartment chalets combine an alpine and contemporary finish. Geothermal heating and state of the art building techniques reduce the carbon footprint when compared to conventional constructions.

All apartments have spacious living and dining areas with a Swedish oven. The modern open plan kitchens are extensively equipped. Apartments are decorated in a stylish fashion and include amenities such as flat screen TV with DVD, telephone, wireless broadband Internet access as well as cable TV.
The ski and boot room is fitted with ski boot dryers/heaters and all apartments have a direct lift access.
All prices are per week (Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday) and include mid-week cleaning and change of towel, firewood, local tourist taxes and cleaning on departure.
Pets are not allowed. Smokers are kindly invited to smoke on the balconies only and use ashtrays. Walking with ski shoes on the premises except in the ski and boot rooms is not allowed.
